Cardiff Mind Organisation
Cardiff Mind specializes in mental health charities. The corporation was conceived in the early 1960s and was chartered in 1993. It has a team of 30 permanent employees and 40 volunteers (Cardiffmind.org, 2016).  Even though Cardiff Mind is affiliated to National Association for Mental Health (NAMH), it operates independently as a part of Local Mind Associations in Whales and England (Barker & Baldwin, 2011).
1.      Dress Code of Employees
Employees are subject to a formal dress code to ensure discipline and objectivity at the workplace. This also enables a distinction between the volunteers and staff while strengthening the brand of Cardiff Mind.
2.      Office Furniture
Cardiff Mind offices are equipped with state-of-the-art office furniture and facilities to ensure an improvement mental care service delivery. The corporation utilizes open space office system to save on operation cost and to ensure efficiency in communication.
3.      Facilities
i.                    Cardiff Mind has a well-equipped library situated on the ground floor of its office block.  The library has videos and books on mental health.
ii.                  The corporation has an online shop facility that sells booklets and online resources published by its staff.
iii.                Cardiff Mind owns research and development facilities used in sourcing for solutions to problems faced by its clients.
4.      Behaviour of Employees
The employees are encouraged to maintain a high level of discipline as per the organisational principles and values. In addition, there is a strong relationship between the employees and the management. This is made possible because the staff embrace equality and diversity as one of the organisation's core pillar. Employees participate equally and freely in decision-making (Cardiffmind.org, 2016).

Cardiff Mind's mission is to provide quality, customer-focused, and evidence-based services to minimize the cost of health care to the mental patients. Besides, the organisation intends to influence the external environment so that mentally-ill individuals can receive quality health care and support (Glasby and Jerry 2015).
7.      Vision
To be a world-class player that provides quality services as per The Mind Quality System (MQS).
