Internalized Racism

Internalized Racism
It is hard to believe that the thought of racism still lingers in the minds of most people, especially in the 21st Century. Most non-whites have fallen victims of racist attacks in multi-cultural societies such as the United States and other European nations. As such, there is a need for clarification regarding the possibility that a racist gene is ingrained in the DNA of the whites. While there are some white liberals that fight for the elimination of racism in the United States, the same fighters would suggest bluntly that the blacks are indeed inferior to the whites and other light skinned races. This begs several questions regarding the cause of racism and if there is a possibility that it can be rooted out in the future.
The United States brags to the world that it is a free society. However, with the surge in cases of racist attacks and police brutality on the blacks and Latin Americans, it is hard to conclude that America is indeed a free multicultural society. Besides, the fact that the most of the black-dominated states have records of high violent crime rates. Is it justifiable that the violence activities among the blacks are as a result of bitterness and psychological injuries inflicted by the harsh racist treatment by the Whites?
Recent history reveals that the whites initiated racist activities resulting in a backlash among the other races. A century ago, the Great Britain embarked on an ambitious global undertaking to colonize the earth. This emanated from a misconception that the whites are superior and should rule the earth. However, recent achievements among the blacks, Chinese, Indians and other non-whites have proved that no race is superior to the other. Could these achievements be a means to an end to the cases of internalized racism?
